Ubisoft has announced that it has shelved the planned Nintendo Switch version of Steep.
The publishing giant confirmed the news on Twitter in response to a fan asking how the game was coming along for the Big N's hybrid powerhouse.
Ubisoft explained it's instead decided to focus on supporting the existing versions of the game rather than continue to develop the Switch version.
Steep was released on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One in December 2016.
Developed by Ubisoft Annecy, the game marries extreme sports with an open-world setting where players can try their hand at skiing, wingsuit flying, snowboarding, and paragliding while raking in points for doing mental stunts.
