Users are reporting that the tab allowing for players to unsubscribe to Star Wars: The Old Republic has disappeared from the personal account page.

Customer service has stated those who wish to cancel their subscriptions during this time should contact BioWare by phone.

Speaking to Eurogamer, the firm explained this is simply a bug and they are working on solving the issue:

“We are aware there is an issue with account management on our website and apologise for any inconvenience. We have identified the issue and can confirm it will be resolved shortly.”

This is one of the many bugs publicised since the MMO’s initial launch. Star Wars: The Old Republic ran into more problems earlier in the week when their first content patch, Rise of the Rakghouls, was delayed.

Even with the number of bugs in the game being spoken about throughout the last month, TOR has still easily had one of the smoothest launches of any MMO.
