Subscribers to Star Wars: The Old Republic have reported major problems with the MMO’s PvP planet Ilum since update 1.1.2.

Since the release of the patch users have noted kills and PvP match wins have been failing to register, directly affecting daily and weekly quest requirements.

In response to the situation BioWare’s Joveth Gonzalez has gone to the official Star Wars: The Old Republic forums to say the development team is aware of the issue and is in the process of finding a solution to the problem.

“The dev team has been investigating the cause of this issue and they’re closer to figuring out a solution,” he states.

“As mentioned before, we’ll keep you updated with any new developments. Thanks again for your patience on this.”

The MMO has stumbled a few times since its release in late December, with the appearance of minor bugs and performance issues.

Regardless of the complaints about the number of bugs in the game since release, this has been one of the smoothest launches you’re likely to see for an MMO.
