The Stanley Parable creators have announced Wanderstop, a new cozy game that seemingly has a twist.
Ivy Road just revealed Wanderstop, a narrative-centric cozy game that looks to offer a new look on the genre. The emphasis on character seems to be the game’s focal point, and mixed in with the beautiful and colorful graphics it’s looking fantastic. This will be published by Annapurna Interactive, and adopts a third-person perspective which is quite fresh for the cozy genre.
Wanderstop looks to build on the success of Stardew Valley and other cozy village games, with the main character Alta looking to let go of her violent past, by taking up production of a tea shop.
This is a developing story, with more to come.
