Square Enix has announced the cancellation of Xbox 360 exclusive action title, Gun Loco.
The news of the game’s demise was published on the official Gun Loco website.
Loco Roco was first announced back at Gamescom in August 2010 and also appeared in playable from at the Tokyo Game Show.
“Gun Loco’s comic characterisation and furious gameplay is a fantastic take on the third-person shooter and offers the kind of unique twist that only Square Enix can provide,” said Sarah Hoeksma, VP Brand PAL region back in August 2010. “The action is relentless, the characters unforgettable and the black comedy a perfect fit.”
The game had been scheduled for release this year.
