The Sims creator Will Wright has been speaking on BBC’s Radio 5 Live about his latest title, Spore. According to a report on CVG, Wright revealed that the game is roughly six months from release.
Spore is a highly ambitious title which begins the story of life as a single-cell organism and ends with players taking their new species to new galaxies, even discovering other species which have been created by other players. Although still half a year from hitting stores, much of the game is now complete.
“We have the game fully playable at this point and it’s in final testing,” said Wright. “We’ve had to do a lot of testing to make sure that the game is accessible by a wide group of people.“
