Developed by Icon and published in the UK by Ghostlight, Spinout will throw players into the exhilarating world of Xorb racing. Taking the role of an elite galaxy Xorber, players will compete in over 50 challenging races set across nine locations such as ancient ruins, space stations and the fiery pits of hell.
Spinout will feature five game modes in which players have to race at death defying speeds and collect power ups to upgrade their Xorb’s braking and air control system.
Career mode challenges players to successfully progress through four race classes, beginning as a novice and ending in the gravity defying Angel Class. Each Xorb is fully customisable with over two million bodywork combinations and performance upgrades. Players can also earn cash which can then be used to unlock hidden tracks and bonus features.
Spinout also includes support for four-player wi-fi multiplayer, with players battling it out in XorbRace mode – each racer armed to the teeth with missiles and rockets.
Spinout is scheduled for release in the UK on March 30 with a retail price of £24.99.
