Mossmouth's vibrant treasure-seeking adventurer Spelunky 2 has received a dazzling gameplay trailer for you to feast your eyes on.
The Derek Yu-masterminded sequel was originally announced at Sony's 2017 Paris Games Week livestream, where it was confirmed for release on PlayStation 4 and PC. Not much has been heard on the game since, so this gameplay trailer should tide you over for now.
Fans of the original rogue-lit platformer will be pleased to know that Spelunky 2 looks set to continue the series' compelling concoction of baddie-bashing and platforming antics, as Ana Spelunky and her mates comb even greater depths for lost riches.
Spelunky 2 is due for release in 2019, though a firm release date has yet to be announced.
