Focus Home Interactive has announced that Space Hulk: Deathwing – Enhanced Edition will be released on PlayStation 4 and PC this Spring, which marks the game’s debut for Sony’s flagship games console.

The Enhanced Edition of the tactical first-person shooter offers a bunch of additional content and upgrades, such as a deeper progression system, a new Chaplain Class, additional weapons and enemies, plus special missions offering randomised objectives and more.

Furthermore, those of you who own the original Space Hulk: Deathwing on PC can grab these extra bits and bobs via free updates. Pleasingly, none of the additional content in Class Customisation is accessed through microtransactions and is available entirely in-game.

Space Hulk sees you strapping on your Terminator armour as a member of the Deathwing, with players scrapping it out in the cramped conditions of a Space Hulk against the deadly Genestealers. Along the way, you’ll buff your character with new abilities and skills by taking part in ‘perilous missions.’

Space Hulk: Deathwing – Enhanced Edition is due for release on May 22.
