Scantly-clad warrior Ivy and mighty magician Zasalamel have both joined the ranks of Soul Calibur VI, Bandai Namco Games announced today.
Long-time fans should have no problem recognising Ivy, as she’s been with the franchise since 1999’s Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast. She returns once again (apparently having lost most of her wardrobe in the transition between Soul Calibur V and VI) sporting the signature Ivy Blade, and has a thirst for revenge after her parents died researching the mythical Soul Blade.
Zasalamel meanwhile made his debut as one of the central antagonists in Soul Calibur III, and comes packing a health-zapping Kafziel and a pretty dominating fighting style to boot.
Soul Calibur VI is due out on PS4, PC, and Xbox One in 2018.
