Sony has said it is aware of an issue affecting SingStar players on PS3 causing previously purchased tracks to go missing, but assures fans that they won’t have to repurchase these tracks.
“Some of you have been reporting issues with missing songs on PS3 in the past few days. Thanks for letting us know about these,” the SingStar Team wrote on Facebook.
“We are continuing to look into this at the moment. If you are still experiencing these issues today, please contact us via this post, stating the country you are in and which version of the game you are playing, i.e. PS3 Ultimate Party or the XMB version.
“Please be assured that you will not have to repurchase any songs you already own. Apologies for any issues experienced.”
SingStar Ultimate Party launched on Friday for PS3 and PS4.
