PSP strategy game Legends of War: Patton’s Campaign was “mistakenly included” in January’s line-up of PlayStation Plus games, Sony has said – but if you’ve already downloaded it, it still seems to be yours to keep for the duration of your PS Plus subscription.

The correct game should have been PS Vita title History: Legends of War, Sony says, which is now correctly included in this month’s line-up.

Quite how the error occurred, though, isn’t clear, although some have suggested that the confusion may be down to the regional differences between the Vita game’s name, which is called History Legends of War: Patton in North America, and History Legends of War in Europe.

Nevertheless, all PS Plus members can now download History Legends of War regardless of whether they’ve already downloaded Patton’s Campaign.

The rest of this month’s PS Plus line-up, meanwhile, remains unchanged, with Grim Fandango Remastered and Hardware Rivals on PS4, and Dragon Age: Origins and Medal of Honor: Warfighter on PS3 all still available to download.
