Sony Online Entertainment will be shutting down four of its MMOs this March, the firm has announced.

The games, Cosmic Rift, Infantry, Star Chamber, and EverQuest Online Adventures will be shuttered forever March 29, while billing with cease March 1 to give all remaining users a free month of gaming.

Refunds will be offered to those whose subscriptions extend past the cut-off date.

Additionally, SOE will be offering three months Gold Membership in EverQuest and EverQuest II for those with EverQuest Online Adventures accounts.

Gold membership will be available beginning March 16, according to SOE’s official farewell letter to the MMOs.

EverQuest Online Adventures was released on PS2 in 2003. Its sister-MMO EverQuest will be adopting a free-to-play model March 16, coinciding with the free Gold membership offer.
