Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has confirmed that the Sly Trilogy – high definition versions of the three Sly Cooper PS2 games – will be released in Europe before Christmas.
The game has been given a confirmed November 9 release in North America.
Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves have each been given high definition updates and will also sport 3D support, Move controlled mini-games and trophies.
Sly Cooper had a reasonably strong following on PS2, but the series deserved a stronger audience and a PS3 release is a way of making this happen.
