Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced the September 5, 2007 release of the new slim and light PSP, together with a â¬169 retail price.

The new model PSP is 33% lighter and 19% thinner than the current model and also features a video out port to enable gaming and movie playback on a large screen TV. The new PSP will be available in Piano Black, Ceramic White and Ice Silver.

Exclusive to the SCEE region and for a limited time, two Limited Edition bundles will be available priced â¬199.99. First is a Spider-Man Red PSP complete with Spider-Man 3 on UMD and the Spider-Man 3 PSP game. Also available will be a Simpsons Yellow PSP complete with EA’s The Simpsons Game.
