Canadian developer Silicon Knights has been ordered to destroy source code and retail products created using Epic Games’ Unreal Engine, legal documents posted on NeoGAF have revealed.

Back in May – following a five year row – Silicon Knights was ordered to pay Epic Games $4.45 million in damages for breaching their Unreal license agreement,

The unearthed document states that the developer has until December 10, 2012 to destroy all offending items, which includes source code for Too Human, The Box/Ritualyst, The Sandman, X-Men: Destiny and Siren in the Maelstrom. Offending games out in the wild must be recalled and destroyed.

Those on the look out for a bit of video game history may want to hunt down a copy of Too Human before prices on eBay soar.
