If PT wasn’t enough to convince you that Silent Hills is going to be terrifying, Hideo Kojima has released a new concept trailer of the upcoming horror – including the first look at… well, we’re not quite sure what it is.
The bizarre brain-sucking monster may be NSFW. But seeing as we don’t know, let’s assume not.

It’s worth remembering that the trailer doesn’t show actual gameplay, but a concept of what the final game may look like. If you want a closer idea of what to expect, make sure to check out the PT demo on PS4.
A release date for Silent Hills has yet to be confirmed.
