Konami has confirmed that its upcoming horror compilation, the Silent Hill Collection, will no longer be a PlayStation 3 exclusive.
Speaking at the publisher’s gamescom 2011 press conference, Silent Hill: Downpour producer Tomm Hulett revealed that the game would also be released on Xbox 360, citing consumer demand as the reason for the break in exclusivity.
Konami has yet to announce a solid release date for the compilation, but the publisher did reveal that it’s “aiming” to release Silent Hill HD Collection on Xbox 360 and PS3 simultaneously.
