SEGA has announced that Ryo Hazuki, star of the Shenmue series is to return to video games for the first time since Shenmue 2.

The iconic hero will be a playable character in SEGA All-Stars Racing. SEGA says Ryo, one of the most requested SEGA characters to make an appearance in All-Stars Racing, will be riding his borrowed motorcycle around classic SEGA themed race tracks. When in need of a boost, Ryo will be able to perform his All-Star move, switching his bike for his forklift truck to charge and barge opponents out of the way.
