Square Enix has confirmed details on The Forge, the first slice of post-launch DLC for Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

The Forge will arrive on November 13 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, and will be free for those who own the game's Season Pass. If you didn't grab this, then expect to fork out $4.99 to grab it separately.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be receiving seven expansions in the coming months, offering a series of new challenge tombs, co-op functionality, plus new weapons, costumes, and more.

The Forge will include a new challenge tomb to sink your teeth into, and will be playable alone or cooperatively. Polishing off this new tomb will reward you with the Grenadier skill, Brocken outfit, and Umbrage 3-80 weapon.

'In “The Forge”, Lara must brave the lava-flooded Forge of the fallen gods to uncover the secrets of Kuwaq Yaku. Throughout her journey, Lara will uncover details about a friend’s ancient legacy, and overcome a danger long thought to be lost in flame,' reads the blurb.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider's Season Pass will set you back $29.99. Check out our review of the game here to see how Lara's defining chapter shapes up. Have a gander at the alternate post-credits scene while you're at it.
