Famitsu magazine is reporting that the initial shipment of SEGA Rally 2006 on the PlayStation 2 will come bundled with a port of SEGA’s 1995 arcade version of SEGA Rally. The game is scheduled to arrive on Japanese store shelves on January 12th and will retail for 7,140 yen (around £35).
SEGA has also announced that it plans to release the GT Force Pro steering wheel at the same time as the game and it will carry a hefty price tag of 14,800 yen (around £70). While SEGA Rally might be showing its age visually, an arcade perfect port (if that is what we get) will go down a storm among fans of the game.
