Attendees of this month’s GAMEfest, the consumer gaming event from GAME, will get a first look at the recently announced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Xbox 360 console and related accessories.
In addition, the Xbox 360 Limited Edition Gears of War 3 console and accessories will be on show.
Microsoft also confirmed that it’s bringing five more games to the show – having previously shouted about Gears of War 3’s headliner status. Forza 4, Halo CE Anniversary, Dance Central 2, Kincet Sports 2 and The Gunstringer will all be playable at GAMEfest.
Microsoft and GAME are giving fans the first multiplayer hands on with Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary.
GAME UK marketing director Anna-Marie Mason commented: “Since we first announced Microsoft as a headline sponsor, the buzz building around GAMEfest has gone through the roof. It’s great to be able to offer game fans this opportunity to see and play titles like Halo and Forza 4 before anyone else. With GAMEfest just over a week away, we know that fans will now be even more excited about getting hands-on with these great titles.”
Tickets for GAMEfest are available to buy from the GAME website and at any GAME store. Tickets for Saturday, September 17 are sold out, but you should still be good for the Friday and Sunday dates.
