Batman: Arkham developer Rocksteady Studios is beavering away on a 'highly anticipated upcoming AAA title,' according to a new set of job listings posted by the company.

The job listings total over 20 (via Resetera) and cover a number of specific roles, with some positions requiring a commitment of over two years, while others are permanent. Interestingly, the listings all specifically mention the mystery title will launch on 'next generation platforms.'

So, what is the game? Well, smart money's on a new superhero title, probably Superman.

While nothing has been set in stone yet, Rocksteady has been rumoured for a while now to be working on a Superman title, and the job listings definitely suggest a superhero title is on the cards.

A few of the postings require that the successful candidate possesses a 'broad knowledge of comics, novels, games, cinema, and popular culture relating to video games.' The job for Lead Animator also says Rocksteady is aiming for a '90+ Metacritic' rating.

Back in June, Rocksteady acknowledged that fans are hungry for more info on its next project, but said it's not quite ready to show anything.

Rocksteady's final entry in the Batman series, Batman: Arkham Knight, was released on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One in 2015.
