Batman: Arkham series developer Rocksteady Studios has shot down long-running speculation that the company is working on a Superman video game.

Posting on Twitter, Rocksteady head honcho Sefton Hill also confirmed that we shouldn't expect any announcement from the studio at this week's The Game Awards 2018. With ten new games confirmed for the event, Rocksteady was understandably one of the favourites to reveal something at the show.

The studio previously apologised for keeping quiet over the E3 period, and in September a job listing confirmed it was still beavering away on a 'highly anticipated AAA title.'
