Three times Snooker World Champion Ronnie O’Sullivan has been announced at the face of Dark Energy Sports’ World Snooker Championship 2011.

The game will be distributed by Koch Media in Q2 2011 for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

WSC Real 2011 will feature real players, real venues and real tournaments, plus full online multiplayer enabling snooker fans to compete against one another around the globe.

The game features all the official tournaments of the 2010/11 snooker season, all the top players, a new graphics and lighting system, a dynamic challenge mode and a rewind time system.

Snooker is going through a lot of changes right now – in an attempt to make the sport more appealing to fans and sponsors. The sport is also lacking the characters it had in the ’80s and ’90s, but of all the current stars, O’Sullivan carries the most appeal.
