Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy VIII's Rinoa Heartilly will be joining brawler Dissidia Final Fantasy NT later this summer.
Fan-favourite Rinoa will join the fray in August as the third character featured in NT's season pass, following on the heels of Locke Cole and Carudas Solidor.
Rinoa will come equipped with her trusty canine companion Angelo, and can also pull out her signature Angel Wing Limit Break in combat. Players can kit her out in a number of costumes including her iconic ballroom dress seen in Final Fantasy VIII.
Unsurprisingly, the 17-year-old strategist relies heavily on spell-casting in a scrap, which gives her the ability to stay at a distance while duffing up her enemies.
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT was released on PlayStation 4 in January, and is the latest entry in Square Enix's epic crossover fighting game series that began on PlayStation Portable a decade ago.
