German production house Constantin Film has revealed it will create a Resident Evil TV series once the sixth and final planned Resident Evil movie is complete, reports Variety.
Constantin Film’s Resident Evil – The Final Chapter is still in pre-production with series director Paul W.S. Anderson revealing back in June that he was in the middle of the script’s first draft.
No information on the planned TV series has been released.
Constantin Film also confirmed it is working on a TV series based on The Mortal Instruments book series, which it has already failed at turning into a successful movie franchise.
