Capcom has today confirmed that the previously announced Resident Evil 5 demo – coming to Xbox 360 on January 26 – will be released on PSN on February 2.
While the slight timed-exclusivity on the demo will annoy PS3 owners, there is at least some positive news; European PS3 owners won’t have to wait any longer than North American gamers for the demo.
As in the full game, the demo offers three levels of co-op play: single-player with AI support, two-player split-screen on a single PS3 and two-player across PSN.
