Bloody brawler Redeemer is heading to PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One next month as Redeemer: Enhanced Edition, Buka Entertainment and Sobaka Studio have announced.

Originally released on Steam back in August 2017, Redeemer arrives on current-generation consoles in all its gory glory packing a bunch of new features, including class selection, local co-op, and more based on user feedback.

In case you missed out on it first time around, Redeemer takes the form of a top-down brawler that makes no secret of its love for the red stuff, with players able to rip the limbs off enemies and use them to batter them to death.

It's not all mindless button mashing either, as Redeemer includes a parry system that requires you to learn your enemies' attacks to turn the tables on them, while the Arena Mode allows you to fine-tune your skills.

If getting in someone's face isn't your thing, then you can instead opt for a more stealthy approach by using the environment to dispatch your foes quietly.

Redeemer: Enhanced Edition is due out in August.
