Ubisoft has revealed that the recently outed Rayman Origins for Wii was intended to be a surprise announcement at E3.

The game had been confirmed for release on Xbox 360 and PS3, but a listing on Amazon revealed the 2D platformer was also Wii bound.

“Rayman Origins will also be released as a retail-game for Wii, even though this is/was supposed to be a surprise for this year’s E3,” a Ubisoft rep told N1ntendo.
