The German ratings board has revealed that Activision is planning a multiplayer demo of Bizarre Creations’ upcoming arcade racer Blur.

The list on the USK website has now been removed, but had previously been listed for Xbox 360. Presumably a PS3 demo is also incoming. There was no indication of when the demo might be released.

Blur had been scheduled for release at the back end of 2009, but was delayed until some point in 2010.

“The additional time will allow the studio to fully optimize the vision they set out to create for Blur including a distinctive and groundbreaking multiplayer mode that will appeal to a broad audience,” stated Mike Griffith, President and CEO, Activision Publishing back in September 2009.
