This tidbit was confirmed in an interview between creative director Marcus Smith and director Mike Daily with Famitsu. Previously, Insomniac Games said that the new game “showcases what’s possible for games designed around PlayStation 5’s ultra-high speed SSD and DualSense wireless controller.” Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, also from Insomniac Games, is offering a 4K 60 fps mode which is termed “Performance Mode,” which is theorised to dial down the visuals so that a stable frame rate is achievable.
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is coming to the PlayStation 5.
