PUBG Corp. has announced that update 27 for its chicken dinner-giving shooter, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, is hitting the game's live servers next week, bringing with it Survivor Pass 3: Wild Card.

Arriving in time for PUBG's second anniversary, Wild Card offers up to 60 new rewards, while PUBG Corp. is adding a free two-year anniversary cap to the game's store.

The Survivor Pass 3 will run for a total of 10 weeks, beginning March 26 and wrapping up on June 4. It'll feature fresh Daily and Weekly Missions, and allows you to earn new backpack skins and character cosmetics.

In terms of new content, update 27 will include an MP5K SMG for the Vikendi map, while the Flare Gun has seen numerous changes including quality of life improvements. Meanwhile, Erangel's loot has been buffed, and various weapons have been tweaked too, including the M16A4.

PUBG will also receive a number of bug fixes and performance improvements, so be sure to have a butcher's at the full patch notes here to find out what's in store.
