Bluehole has announced the release of update 11 for the Xbox One version of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.

This latest patch for the every-man-for-himself shooter is targeted squarely at improvements to game stability and optimisation, including graphical and frame rate performance buffs.

Some minor bug squashing has also been included in update 11, such as ironing out an issue where ghostly footsteps were heard when no other player was around, as well as one error that displayed the blue zone incorrectly.

Bluehole also took the chance to remind PUBG players that the free Varsity Jacket will be made available after 12.01am on March 22. You can read the full list of patch notes on PUBG’s official website, although don’t get too excited as it’s a relatively minor update.

The developer recently confirmed that PUBG had reached five million players on Microsoft’s console, while the mobile version of the title is now available to download for iOS and Android devices.
