PUBG Mobile and Resident Evil 2 remake are apparently crossing over, according to a tweet from Capcom Japan.

There's not much known about the crossover right now, but presumably we can expect zombies in the mix. Or maybe you'll all get to dress up as S.T.A.R.S. members and have Nemesis chase you down? Who knows, I'm just getting a bit excited at this point.

'PUBG MOBILE × Resident Evil RE: 2 collaboration is decided!,' reads the translation (via Eurogamer). 'What kind of innovative play can be produced by combining the world's most popular mobile game and survival horror's monument, two super IPs?'

PUBG Mobile has been doing pretty well so far, having notched up 100 million downloads in just four months.

Resident Evil 2 is due out on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on January 25, 2019.
