Psychological horror indie Infliction will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch before the end of this year. One man dev studio Caustic Reality collaborated with publisher Blowfish Studios to release the haunting mystery game on consoles; you’ll be able to pick it up for £15.99 at launch (via Gematsu).

Infliction is an ‘interactive nightmare’ where the player explores the mementos and hallways of a suburban family home, broken by tragedy. Corrupted and twisted by a ‘being of infinite grief and rage’ – just how Colm gets about our ineffectual office air con – survival against the darkness is the only way to reach atonement.

This console port will inflict its horror experience on a whole host of new players, as it was a PC exclusive when it first came out, in 2018.

Infliction will also be one of Blowfish Studios playable titles at PAX West 2019 in Seattle. If you can’t quite make it across the pond, watch the console announcement trailer below.
