EA and Ubisoft have slashed the price of their digital PlayStation 4 titles to match the price on Xbox One.

The reduction marks the second price cut this week for EA, which has seen the publisher cut £8 off the original £62.99 asking price.

Third-party games – including all of EA’s titles – now average at around £54.99, although some come in slightly lower. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and Injustice are both £52.99.

There are still some slight discrepancies between the PS4 and Xbox One store, however. Battlefield 4: Premium remains at £42.99 on PlayStation Store but £39.99 on the Xbox Games Store.
