Joystiq reports that the PS3 Trophy system has inadvertently revealed a host of new game modes for Resident Evil 5, expected to be introduced through future DLC.
The Trophies reveal the modes Slayers, Survivors, Team Slayers, Team Survivors and Versus. While there’s very little info on each mode, it seems likely that competitive multiplayer is on the way to Resident Evil 5. Based on the Trophies, Slayers appears to be a points-based mode.
It’s not known if Capcom will be charging for the new game modes.
