Mysterious shenanigans were afoot in Xi, Sony’s ARG set in PlayStation Home, last night when a select group of New York, USA players were whisked off in limousines for face-to-face interviews with staff at the shady Veilcorp corporation.

Players have already reported on their real world experiences on the official PlayStation boards.

Noks415 said: “I just got back from the interview. It was a bit weird; you ride around in a limo while this woman asks you questions. And if they told you to keep the pen, it was for a reason. Maybe you should inspect the pen further(wink).”

He added: “They videotaped the entire interview. The questions were similar to ones you answered when you applied online. Do not throw away the pen they gave you! It has a hidden USB drive inside with some files. It contains a promo vid for Veilcorp and instructions on how to log into the website starting on Wednesday.”

Check out the hot off the press YouTube video to get a clearer idea of what went on. The interviews are set to continue tonight in Los Angeles.

To find out more, switch on your PS3, download Home, and look for the Xi graffiti in the main square. The recap video in the Hub will help you catch up with the action. For all our exclusive coverage of Xi, head over to the game page.
