Infinity Ward’s director of communications, Robert Bowling, has posted on his blog informing PS3 gamers that Sony is in the final stages of certifying the PS3 Feature patch for Call of Duty 4.
Bowling doesn’t have a concrete live date, but notes: “I’m thinking you’ll be able to enjoy all the new features as soon as the next few days, but I’ll update you when I have a firm answer on that.
“But the official word is, it’s coming this week for sure, possibly very soon.”
The patch should provide pretty much the same new features as those seen in the recent Xbox 360 update – details of which can be seen here.
