The recent Call of Duty: Black Ops Patch 1.06 has introduced a rather embarrassing error message, according to evidence posted on the Call of Duty forums.

A PS3 Black Ops player on the forums posted a screen grab of a message written on the screen for multiplayer mode Search and Destroy.

Amusingly, the message reads: “No Xbox LIVE party chat.”

Oops.

Exactly how this happened isn’t clear, and while it’s not a huge issue, it remains an embarrassing slip-up which has brought further attention to the ongoing problems with the game on PS3.
