An update on the Bizarre Creations website has revealed some morsels of new information about the studio’s upcoming racing sequel, Project Gotham Racing 4 for Xbox 360.

The internal team we have here at Bizarre are pretty familiar with the routine now; everybody knows their place and is really getting on with it at a speedy rate. We’ve seen a couple of excellent new technologies make their way into the game… of course you’ll hear more about these in due time,” reads the new site update.

Bizarre also clears up any confusion that fans of the series may have had over the game’s appearance at X06, noting that the “X06 trailer wasn’t gameplay. It wasn’t representative of what we’ve got planned for the style or locations in the game itself. You won’t see outer space racing or anything like that!

The team does have some changes in store though and believes that the game is going to surprise a few people.

Bizarre Creations is also working on the SEGA published The Club, a game that has been in development behind closed doors for some time now. According to the site update this should change shortly though, with print journalist having already been treated to some time with the game and online press to get a taste of the action in the coming weeks.

The next game to come from Bizarre is the Xbox Live Arcade title Boom Boom Rocket, which is scheduled for release in the spring.
