Prince of Persia The Lost Crown has now been revealed at Summer Game Fest and the remake can wait as the 2D platformer is exactly what we needed to revive interest in the popular Ubisoft series. Based on the short trailer that was shown, it seems that Dastan is set to return as he looks to save the kingdom from several sinister creatures once again.

But aside from showcasing the environment and enemies you can encounter within, the release date for the game has now also been announced and is currently slated for January 18, 2024. Alas, this means that we will have to be patient for a few more months until we can get to experience the latest high-flying series entry, but the scenes depicted in the preview will surely make the wait worth it.

This is a developing story and more information will follow soon. In the meantime, you can check out the trailer here.
