A Tawainese ratings board appears to have let slip the existence of a new Super Monkey Ball game on the way for PlayStation 4, PC and Nintendo Switch.

As spotted by Goldmetalsonic and picked up by VG24/7, the listings don't show up if you use the phrase 'Super Monkey Ball' but using the game's Chinese name in the search on the Taiwan Entertainment Software Rating Information website throws up a listing that clearly uses series protagonist Aiai. The listings mention specifically this mysterious game is set for release on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.

There's no other information as of yet on the mysterious game, and Sega themselves are yet to confirm it – but as VG24/7 notes, a Japanese trademark was filed for the name Tabegoro Super Monkey Ball by the company earlier this year.

The last full Super Monkey Ball release was Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz for the PlayStation Vita back in 2012.
