Pokemon Black and Pokemon White, the fifth generation Pokemon games, have sold a whopping 2.63 million copies during their first two days on sale in Japan.
The figure was always going to be big, having secured 1.5 million pre-orders, but it dwarfs that of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl which managed a combined 1.58 million over the course of its first week.
The pair are set for a spring release in Europe and North America.
