PlayStation VR will launch at a price point in line with a new gaming platform, Sony Computer Entertainment CEO Andrew House has confirmed.
House didn’t give any specific numbers, but his comments indicate a price somewhere in the range of £200 to £300 which in turn would suggest a VR setup with a PS4 would cost something in the region of £500.
PlayStation VR is targeted for a first half 2016 launch. Expect full release plans for PlayStation VR to be detailed early next year.
