Sony has announced that PlayStation VR has now sold-through 4.2 million units worldwide as of March 3, 2019. That's up 1.2 million units since last August, at which point the device had sold a tidy three million units.
PSVR launched back in November 2016, although it's fair to say the device has yet to receive that killer app. That's not to say there aren't any great games on it, though; Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is brilliant in VR, while Moss, Astro Bot, Farpoint, and Until Dawn: Rush of Blood are also worth picking up.
2019 looks to be a pretty decent year for PSVR, too, with a number of new titles due for release including Blood & Truth, Jupiter & Mars, Everybody's Golf VR, Vacation Simulator, and Luna among others.
