PlayStation VR is set to launch in the first half of 2016, but will you be splashing the cash to enter the new world of entertainment? Perhaps this new promo video from Sony will help you make up your mind.
The video bigs up the device’s 5.7″ OLED display offering 960xRGBx1080 per eye, with a low 18ms latency and a 120Hz refresh rate. There’s also a 100 degree field of view and full positional head tracking.
The unit itself also looks pretty sci-fi which may or may not be a good thing.
There’s no sign or mention of the rumoured external processing unit.
