Sony Online Entertainment has delayed PlanetSide Next, providing the FPS MMO sequel additional resources in the months leading to its release later this year.
“PlanetSide Next is getting More resources and will be out a little later in the year but we are pulling out all the stops to make it great,” Sony Online Entertainment president John Smedley told PlanetSide Universe.
The news follows 205 job losses at the studio and the cancellation of PC and PS3 spy MMO, The Agency.
