Konami has teased PES 2014 days before the game is expected to be revealed during the publisher’s pre-E3 press conference.
A teaser trailer for the game, which has yet to be officially announced by Konami, hit the web overnight, reaffirming that the game will be built on the publisher’s new Fox Engine.
PES 2014 could also be the first game to be co-developed by PES Productions’ new London studio, opened by Konami last year.
At the time of the studio’s announcement, Konami said that the new studio would allow it “to continue striving to reproduce European football culture at its best in their games”.
Konami’s pre-E3 press conference is penciled in for next Thursday, June 6.
